A Tradition of Support...
For over a century (since 1919), Texas A&M has proudly supported veterans and military affiliated students. As a university that began as a senior military college, the appreciation and respect for our nation’s current and former service members runs deep, and we are humbled and honored to have them as members of the Aggie family. Supporting veterans in their pursuit of higher education isn't just what we do - it is the foundation of who we are. At Texas A&M, our Aggie Veterans have access to programs and services through the VRSC and its campus partnerships that serve them from consideration of application through the achievement of their career & employment goals, and set the standard for student veteran support across the nation. Our foundational CORE Values of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Selfless Service, Loyalty, and Leadership resonate with veterans on a personal level and drive our daily commitment to
"Serve Well Those Who Have Served."
Current and former service members have unique needs and considerations when it comes to applying for college.
