The Veteran Resource and Support Center (VRSC) provides caring and personalized support to Aggie undergraduate and graduate student veterans. Opened in 2012, we help our veterans navigate Texas A&M and provide a welcoming space, mentoring from student veterans, and tools to succeed academically and personally.
Whether you are a new student who has completed your service, a student who interrupted your education to serve and are now returning, or a student who began your studies elsewhere and are transferring here, we will help guide you to the resources you need to make the most of your Aggie experience.
Provide information on veterans benefits specific to your needs.
Give you referrals to helpful resources on campus and in the community.
Help you navigate the campus and answer any questions you may have.
Invite you to workshops and social events throughout the year.
Connect you with other student veterans on campus.
Help you make the transition from military to student life at Texas A&M.
We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so stop by and say Howdy! We are here to make you feel at home.
Texas A&M has more 1,000 student veterans and 1,700 dependents using military-related benefits. We also have at least 400 veterans (or active duty) as part of faculty and staff.
